To ensure that only legitimate letterboxes exist on the platform, a verification process is carried out. The process checks for 3 things:
- The person who requested creation of the letterbox is an authorised representative of the organisation.
- The organisation is authorised to use the supplied letterbox image.
- The correct business address has been provided.
